The petitioners herein arrested on 24.06.2025. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners state that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioners. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police, states that on completion of investigation, a final report also filed. He also states that there are three previous cases of similar nature are registered against these petitioners. Hence, he opposed for grant of bail to the petitioners. 4.Considering the nature of crime and the material collected by the respondent police, as well as the antecedent of these petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
