The present application has been filed with the prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicants in Case Crime No. 76 of 2022, under Sections 323, 504, 308 IPC, Police Station Nawabganj, District- Prayagraj. 2. After arguing the matter at some length, Sri Sangam Lal Kesharwani, counsel for the applicants prays for withdrawal of the present application with liberty to the applicants to file regular bail application before the Court of competent jurisdiction. 3.
