Civil Writ Petition No.8171/2018 has been dismissed by Registrar (Judicial) of this Court vide order dt.29.01.2025 due to non-compliance of the aforesaid order. For the reasons stated & grounds mentioned therein, the restoration application is allowed. The order dated 22.07.2024 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court alongwith the subsequent order dated 29.01.2025 passed by Registrar (Judicial) of this Court, is recalled. The original proceedings in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.8171/2018, is restored to its original number. Heard on application No.01/2025 filed on behalf of the petitioners for taking legal heir(s) of deceased-respondent No.2- Gyarsi Lal, on record. For the reasons stated & grounds mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The legal heir(s) of deceased- respondent No.2-Gyarsi Lal, are taken on record.
