Petitioner is serving as Junior Technician (Work Inspector). His grievance is against the order dated 18.03.2025 that transfers him from HPPWD Sub Division Koti under HPPWD (B&R) Division Tissa to HPPWD (B&R) Division Salooni. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has preferred a representation on 22.03.2025 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.2 against his transfer order.
