The present petition has been filed for the following relief:- "(A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent No. 2 and 3 to investigate the matter fair and proper in pursuance of the first information report dated 28.11.2024 in Case Crime No. 416 of 2024, Under Section 137(2), 351(2), 351(3) B.N.S., Police Station Kundarki, District Moradabad." In compliance of the previous order passed by this Court, the AGA has filed a counter affidavit disclosing that the victim has been recovered and has been sent to the Rajkiya Bal Grah (Balika), Lucknow. It has also been stated in the counter affidavit that the charge-sheet in the aforesaid case has been filed against three accused. The necessary documents have also been annexed with the counter affidavit. As the charge-sheet has been filed in the aforesaid case and the victim has been recovered, no further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The writ petition is disposed of.
