Pass an appropriate or direction thereby providing further time extension of at least 3 (three) months from the day of passing of the order in the instant Misc. Case in order to enable the present Applicant-Board to fully comply with the directions issued in the common judgment and order dated 02.12.2024 in the connected Writ Appeal. ii.
