This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "1) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and issue an interim mandamus in favour of the petitioner directing the concerned respondents not to alter or change the nature of Gata No.439 Area 0.0083 hect. recorded in the records of the Revenue as Pond over which fishery lease for 10 years has been granted vide agreement dated 30.05.2019 under the provisions of Section 61 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 in favour of the petitioner. II) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the parties to maintain the status quo over the property situated in Gata No.439 Arca 0.0083 hect. situated in village of the petitioner, during the pendency of Civil Misc. Writ-C.No.34103 of 2022 (Balbir Vs. State of U.P. and 3 Others) before this Hon'ble Court." 2. From perusal of the material on record, it appears that the petitioner has approached this Court merely on the apprehension. 3. No case for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is made out. 4. Writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed.
