The learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.1 submits that the petitioner was on duty on the day when the alleged offence took place and that the petitioner has no role in commission of offences under Section 115(2), 351(2) of the BNS read with Section 174(2) of the BNSS, under the Crime No.620 of 2024 is registered on the file of Ongole Taluk Police Station, Prakasam District. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the 2nd respondent and that the petitioner was also issued notice under Section 41-A by the Station House Officer, Ongole Taluk Police Station, Prakasam District. 3. Considering the said submissions, the petitioner may furnish the relevant duty certificate from his employer for the purpose of investigation. 4. The Station House Officer, Ongole Taluk Police Station, is directed to consider the same and complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible. 5. With these observations, the criminal petition is disposed off.
