This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent No.1 in deciding his representation dated 10.2.2024. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that raising his grievances the petitioner has filed the representation dated 10.2.2024 before the respondent No.1, however the same has not yet been decided by the said authority. 4. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent No.1/District Magistrate, Allahabad should be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 10.2.2024. 5. Accordingly, the respondent No.1/District Magistrate, Allahabad is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 10.2.2024 within a period of three weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 6. With regard to second prayer for a direction to respondent no.3 to enhance the load of electricity from 5 KW to 25 KW, we are not going on merit and the petitioner is at liberty to file separate writ petition. 7.
