By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief: "(i). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing to the respondent No.- 2 to reconstitute a fresh inquiry committee of honest and sincere officers to inquire the works done during 2023 to 2025 by the present Gram Pradhan Allipur Block - Ranipur, District - Mau." 3. Sri Pradeep Kumar Sahi, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that inquiry report has already been submitted by the authority which is not under challenge. In the circumstances, therefore, he submits that writ petition has rendered infructuous. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the same. 5. In view of the above, this petition is consigned to records as infructuous matter.
