The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that this Court, while disposing the said writ petition on 20.04.2023, issued a direction to the 2nd respondent, instead of 1st respondent who is the authority concerned and hence, he filed this miscellaneous petition seeking modification. 3.
