The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chandankiyari P.S. Case No. 195 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No. 321 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2), 324(4), 324(5), 111, 112(2), 61(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S. and Sections 3/ 6 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984, pending in the court of Ms. Monica Srivastava, learned Judicial Magistrate, Bokaro. During the intervening night of 21/22.11.2024, unknown criminals after cutting ATM Machine of H.D.F.C. Bank at Chandankiyari Bazar, looted Rs.29,56,000/-. During the course of investigation, petitioner and co- accused persons were apprehended and on their pointing out, A.T.M. machine was recovered from a dilapidated house. Criminal antecedent report earlier called for, has been received. It appears that petitioner is accused in as many as seven cases and one of the case being Hazaribag (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.241 of 2024 is of similar nature. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Jay/-
