By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- 10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court, may kindly call for the entire record in relates to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court, may kindly be pleased to set-aside the impugned transfer order dated 16.01.2025 (ANNEXURE P-1, Sl. No.09), issued by the Respondent No. 01, whereby the Petitioner has been transferred from the District OfÏce Trade & Industries Center, Kabirdham to District OfÏce, Trade & Industries, Khairagarh - Chhuikhadan - Gandai and further be pleased to direct the Respondent authorities to permit the petitioner to discharge his duty at the present place & posting, in the interest of justice. 3 10.3 That, any other relief, this Hon'ble Court, deem fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 2. Brief facts of the case, is that, the petitioner was initially appointed on the post of Assistant Grade III vide order dated 13.10.2013 Thereafter, the petitioner was promoted on the post of Assistant Grade II and posted in the OfÏce of Respondent No. 3 in the year 2018. Thereafter he is discharging his duties with best of ability and sincerity with the entire satisfaction of the higher authorities. But by way of impugned order, the petitioner has been transferred from the ofÏce of Respondent No. 03 to the OfÏce of respondent No. 04 by the impugned order dated 16.01.2025. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially appointed on the post of A.G.-III vide order dated 13.10.2013 and posted at the ofÏce of General Manager, District Trade and Industries Center, Kabirdham District-Kabirdham. Since then he is discharging on the said post. Thereafter, the petitioner was promoted on the post of Assistant Grade II and posted in the ofÏce of District trade and Industries Center, Kabirdham, District- Kabirdham and has been transferred from the District OfÏce Trade & Industries Center, Kabirdham, District- Kabirdham to District OfÏce, Trade & Industries, Center Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan- Gandai. He further submits that he is challenging the transfer order, as such the transfer order is not in accordance with law and requires to be quashed. 4 4. On the other hand, learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the submission and submits that the transfer order has rightly been passed which is not required to be interfered with. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 6. Considering the submissions made by the parties, the petitioner is directed to file a representation raising all his grievances before the authorities concerned within a period of two weeks and, in turn, the concerned authorities are directed to decide the said representation within a period of four weeks, in accordance with law. 7. Till the decision of the said representation, the impugned transfer order dated is kept in abeyance. 8. With this observation and direction, the instant petition stands disposed of.
