Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home would submit that in the light of the subsequent G.O., issued by the government, the relief sought in the writ petition has become infructuous. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition. 5. Recording the above said submissions, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
