Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar District Maharajganj to decide the Recall Application dated 24.02.2025 No. 6448 of 2025 (Computerize Case No. T20250505470106448), (Sangeeta Devi Vs. Prabhawati Devi) Under Section 209 (ja) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 filed in Mutation Case no. 17689 of 2024 (Computerize case No. T202405470117689), Under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is pending in the court of Respondent No.2 Tehsildar, Tehsil Sadar District Maharajganj, within stipulated period;" 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that recall application filed in mutation proceedings under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration before respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to decide the Recall Application dated 24.02.2025, bearing Case No. 6448 of 2025 (Computerize Case No. T20250505470106448), (Sangeeta Devi vs. Prabhawati Devi), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of one month from the date of production of certified copy of this Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Abhay Kumar, Akash Kumar Verma Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
