Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to release payment in lieu of 444 days of accumulated compensatory leave to the credit of her late husband. 2. Pursuant to the orders passed in this writ petition, learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record office instructions dated 11.03.2025 from the Regional Manager, HRTC, Sarkaghat, addressed to Financial Advisor-cum-Chief Accounts Officer, HRTC and on that basis submits that an amount of Rs.1,85,680/- has been paid to 1Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes -2- the petitioner vide cheque dated 11.03.2025 on account of compensatory leave due to late husband of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of above office communication, grievance of the petitioner is redressed, however, petitioner be given liberty to seek redressal of her surviving grievances including the error, if any, in the calculation of the amount due to her on account of compensatory leave due to her late husband. In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, to also stand disposed of.
