HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 34328 of 2025 Court No. - 53 HON'BLE ARUN KUMAR, J. 1. A preliminary objection has been raised by Sri Saurabh Pandey representing the respondent no.5 on the ground that against the order impugned passed by respondent no.2 in proceedings under Rule 59 of the U.P. Revenue Code Rules, 2016, the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 2. Sri Sanjeev Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the fact that the order impugned is revisable under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. Since the petitioner has a statutory alternative remedy of filing revision, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. It is accordingly dismissed with the liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in revision under Section 210 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006.
