HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 33872 of 2025 Court No. - 6 HON'BLE DR. YOGENDRA KUMAR SRIVASTAVA, J. Heard Sri R. C. Maurya, holding brief of Sri R.D. Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Nand Lal Maurya, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. The present petition has been filed seeking to assail the appellate order dated 22.08.2025 passed in proceedings under Section 331(3) of the U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act, 1950 and also the earlier orders dated 11.08.2003 and 16.08.2003 passed in proceedings under Section 202 of the U.P.Z.A. & L.R. Act, 1950. Upon being pointed out by the counsel appearing for the State- respondents that the order in appeal which is sought to be impugned would be subject to the remedy of a further statutory appeal, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the writ petition and states that petitioner would avail the statutory legal remedy of appeal. The writ petition stands disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to take recourse to the statutory legal remedy.
