Learned counsel for the applicant has filed the instant contempt application against the following order dated 12.01.2024 passed by this Court in Writ-A No.20768 of 2023 :- "Heard Sri Rajnish Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioner and Sri Tej Bhan Singh, learned counsel for B.S.A. Sri Rajnish Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for petitioner fairly submits that petitioner is placing reliance on a subsequent judgments i.e. after his representation submitted in pursuance of an order passed by this Court was rejected on 11.2.2014. Learned counsel for petitioner after arguing for some time on instruction submits that this writ petition be disposed of, however, a liberty may be reserved that petitioner may approach before concerned authority. The writ petition is accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach before concerned authority." 2. After due deliberations at length, counsel for the applicant prays for to dismiss the instant contempt application as withdrawn. 3. As such, instant contempt application is dismissed as withdrawn.
