The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order of this Court dated 09.01.2025 passed by this Court in WPC No. 5804 of 2024. Vide order dated 09.01.2024 this Court has passed the following order/direction:- “It is directed that the Chief Engineer, National Highway zone, PWD Raipur shall issue such certification within a period of ten days from today to the Office of the Regional Officer, Ministry of Road Transport & Highway. On the event of submission of the such certification by the Chief Engineer, National Highway Zone, PWD Raipur, the Regional officer, Ministry of Road Transport and Highway shall release the amount to 2 the petitioner within a period of further 15 days from today.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the respondent contended that order of this court has been complied with. Learned counsel for the respondent to substantiate the fact placed on record the relevant document to show that that the order of this court has been complied. 3. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the respective parties this court is of the considered opinion of closing the instant contempt petition against the respondent. However, after passing of the order till today, if any grievance(s) arises, petitioner is at liberty to file fresh petition if there is any ambiguity in the order passed by the respondent authority. 4.
