The writ petition has been filed for following reliefs:- “(a) For a direction upon the concerned Respondents/authorities to show cause as to why and under what authorities the Respondents, in spite of specific decision taken on 10.1.2006 (Annexure-2) vide which the land admeasuring 8 acres 2025:JHHC:25986 Page | 2 W.P. (C) No.6311 of 2007 allotted to the Company, have not handed over the possession of said land to the petitioner Company till date. Initially the land was allocated to M/s Sandersons Industry as the same is lying un- utilised and the petitioner had applied for the same and had already paid the processing fee for the allocation of the said land in the its favour. (b) For a direction to the concerned to respondents/ Authorities immediately forthwith allocate the said 8 acres of land lying unutilized, adjacent to the petitioner Industry, after cancelling the allocation made in favour of M/s Sandersons Industry Ltd.” 2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he has no instruction in the present case from his client. 3. In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is hereby dismissed for want of instruction. 4. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a petition within six months, if he wants to revive this case. 5. With above liberty, the present writ petition stands disposed of. (Rajesh Kumar, J.)
