The relief that the petitioner wants from this Court is a direction to decide his application dated 18.07.2025 and further to direct the Commissioner of Police, Ghaziabad to give effect to his own order dated 14.08.2024. 2. So far as the relief regarding a direction to decide the petitioner's application dated 18.07.2025 is concerned, this Court in the exercise of our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution do not sit to recommend for favourable consideration the case of one litigant to the other. There is no substantive relief that the petitioner wants from this Court. 3. The other direction to the Commissioner, to give effect to his order dated 14.08.2024, is also misconceived, as that order is an order of some administrative kind regarding announcement of a reward for apprehension of some accused and action against the others under the Gangsters Act. It is not an order which can be enforced by a mandamus. 4. There is still another relief, to which our attention has been drawn. It seeks a direction to the respondent Authorities to take appropriate action Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Sandeep Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A. Pawan Kumar Sharma .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 5 Others .....Respondent(s) against respondent no. 6 within a stipulated time. The relief is absolutely vague and not fit to be granted.
