This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(A) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No. 2, to decide the Revision No. 1469/2022, CNR No. C202202000001469 (Rajesh Kumar and others Vs. Akhilesh Kumar and others) U/s 219 of U.P. Land Revenue Act 1901, pending in the court of Additional Commissioner-I, Prayagraj Region, Prayagraj, as soon as possible within a stipulated period of time." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that revisional proceedings under Section 219 of U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901 are pending consideration before respondent no. 2 since 2022. The sole prayer made in the writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondents, with a direction upon respondent no. 2 to decide the Revision No. 1469/2022, CNR No. C202202000001469 (Rajesh Kumar and others vs. Akhilesh Kumar and others), in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
