Heard the counsels on either side and perused the records. 3. Taking note of the fact that the authorities, after investigation, have found the entire documents (i.e. document nos.372/1984, 39/1985 and 70/1985) to be a product of fraud and impersonation, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to make entries/remarks in the encumbrance certificate against the document nos.372/1984, 39/1985 and 70/1985 stating that these documents have been created by fraud and impersonation and shall not entertain any further document from the persons named in the above documents.
