Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1 st respondent and perused the documents placed on record. 3. The allegation in the FIR clearly indicates that the petitioner induced the defacto complainant to part with some amount on the promise of securing job to her daughter. The entire allegations are with regard to the job racketing. 4.
