The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with prayer to quash the order dated 12.8.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Mau in Criminal Revision No. 134 of 2021, whereby revisional court affirmed the order dated 3.11.2021 passed by C.J.M., Mau, whereby an application under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
