Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has already filed objections to the application for grant of interim relief filed by respondent No. 1 alongwith suit wherein respondent No. 1 has concealed the material facts from the learned trial Court and also the petitioner has filed an application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC for rejection of the plaint but for one reason or the other, the same has not been taken to its logical conclusion. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submitted that the learned trial Court if directed to decide the application for grant of interim relief and also the application filed under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC within some time frame, he shall be satisfied as same may meet the ends of justice also. 3. In view of above, we deem it proper to dispose of the present petition by requesting the learned trial Court to decide the application filed by respondent No. 1 for grant of interim relief within the statutory period prescribed under the CPC and further application filed by the petitioner under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC be also decided as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of this order.
