Heard the parties
2. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Kanke P.S. Case No. 127 of 2023, for the offences registered under Sections 392 and 364 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi.
3. On 25.05.2023, 3-4 unknown persons robbed the Informant Kalim Ansari. When his son resisted the robbery, the accused persons abducted him and later on released him.
4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from his possession. It was finally submitted that co- accused Rajendra Kumar Mahto and Santosh Ganjhu have been granted bail by this Court earlier.
5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of
learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Kanke P.S. Case No. 127 of 2023.
