The present writ petition filed by the petitioner pertains to Rehbar-e-Taleem scheme and prayer made in this petition is for commanding the respondents to complete the selection process for the posts of ReT in Girls Middle School Jari Nabna, Middle School Pothi, Middle School Thalanger and Primary School Dhara Kopara of Village Dara Dullian which were created vide advertisement notice dated 26.09.2013. 2. The aforesaid scheme has been closed in the year 2018. Even otherwise also, none had chosen to appear on behalf of the petitioner for the last three consecutive dates of hearing. The position is not any different even today. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition. 3. In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed for non prosecution. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the same, in case, cause of action still survives.
