5. The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Nawajaipur P.S. Case No. 15/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1294/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 448, 307 & 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Sri Nishikant, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau.
6. On 10.05.2024 at about 7:00 P.M., petitioner alongwith co- accused persons went to the house of informant and started assaulting him. There is specific allegation that petitioner had given an axe blow on the person of informant while co-accused Manoj Ram is alleged to have given lathi blow to him.
7. It was submitted that informant had sustained lacerated would on his head which was caused by hard and blunt substance. It was further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 16.12.2024.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has
opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
9. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Nishikant, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Palamau or his successor in connection with Nawajaipur P.S. Case No. 15/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1294/2024.
