This petition has been filed for following relief: "यह िक माननीय न्यायालय इजरा वाद संख्या 103 वषर् 2010 श्रीमती गीता देवी बनाम बंशीलाल के सरवानी आिद, जो न्यायालय मोटर दुघर्टना दावा अिधकरण (दिक्षणी), इलाहाबाद के समक्ष लिम्बत है, का िनस्तारण त्विरतगित से शीघ्राितशीघ्घ्र (िनयत / िनधार्िरत अविध के भीतर) करने हेतु अधीनस्थ न्यायालय को आदेिशत / िनदेर्िशत करने की महती कृ पा करें।" 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the execution case is pending since 2010. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that several dates have been fixed but the same has not been decided yet. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (South) Allahabad to consider and decide the aforesaid execution case, in Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Rahul, Ravish Kumar Singh, Sudhir Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : Shrimati Geeta Devi And 3 Others .....Petitioner(s) Banshilal Kesharwani And 2 Others .....Respondent(s) accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the parties concerned and after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned as well as opportunity to lead evidence in support of their case and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment.
