Mr. Siddhartha Tomar, learned counsel for the Applicant appeared through V.C. 2. Mr. Vipul Painuly, learned A.G.A. for the State. 3. The present 4th Bail Application under Section 483 of BNSS, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Applicant, Renu W/o Roopchand, R/o Nirmal Basti, Cell Boys School, Harrawala, Doiwala, District Dehradun. 4. The Applicant is currently in judicial custody in connection with Case Crime No. 124 of 2019, under Sections 302, 201, 120-B and 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station Doiwala, District Dehradun. Through this application, the Applicant seeks her release on bail. 5. Learned counsel for the Applicant makes a submission that the Applicant has falsely been implicated in the above-mentioned proceeding; the whole story is based on fabricated grounds on the complaint of the brother of the deceased, who had to pay the deceased the compensation money received from the NHAI for acquiring the land for Highway. He further makes a submission that as per the prosecution story, the FIR was lodged on the complaint given by the brother of the deceased by stating that the wife (present applicant) of the 2025:UHC:9152 deceased having extra marital affair with the co- accused Vineet killed his brother; the trial is on the stage of Prosecution Evidence and 7 out of total 23 witnesses of the prosecution, are cross-examined. 6. The First Bail Application No.2107 of 2021 was rejected on 28.04.2022, the 2nd Bail Application No.49 of 2024 was rejected on 02.04.2025 by this Court and the Third Bail Application No.38 of 2025 was also rejected on 18.07.2025 by this Court. In the present 4th Bail Application, there is no new ground to release the Applicant on bail. 7. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, and in the absence of any fresh ground, this Court finds no merit in the present 4th bail application. 8. Accordingly, the present 4th Bail Application is hereby rejected.
