The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 538/2024 arising out of Sidhgora P.S. Case No. 189/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1146/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 108, 61(2) & 3(5) of the B.N.S. 2023, pending in the Court of learned Dist. & Addl. Sessions Judge-VII-cum-FTC Special Court (CAW), Jamshedpur. 3. Petitioner happens to be husband of the deceased Prity Devi, who died in her matrimonial home because of asphyxia due to hanging. It is alleged that deceased had committed suicide and she left a suicidal note in which she had stated that her husband was influenced by his family members due to which, she committed suicide. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Dist. & Addl.
