Learned counsel for the respondent No.6 submits that respondent No.6, i.e., Mool Chand has expired on 06.09.2013 and this fact was intimated to this Court by way of filing an application on 07.10.2015 along-with death certificate of Mool Chand. Counsel submits that copy of the said application was supplied in the Office [2025:RJ-JP:19246] (2 of 2) [CW-4169/2006] of counsel for the petitioner on 07.10.2015 itself. Counsel submits that in spite of passing of more than 10 years, till date, application for substitution of the legal representatives of the sole private respondent No.6 has not been submitted for their substitution on the record, hence, under these circumstances, the petition stands abated. 3. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter, the instant writ petition stands dismissed as abated as the legal representatives of the sole contesting deceased respondent No.6, i.e., Mool Chand have not been substituted on the record. 4.
