The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the said amount could not be deposited due to the mediation proceedings. Now, the mediation failed and the petitioner is ready to deposit the amount, if time is extended. 3. In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to deposit 20% of the cheque amount on or before 10.10.2025.
