Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Shri Jai Bahadur, learned counsel for Nagar Nigam and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent- authority is not releasing the payment of Rs. 3,36,877/- due to him against two bills, being Bill No. 751A dated 8.6.2022 and Bill No. 752A dated 18.06.2022. In respect to his grievances, petitioner has submitted several representations to the respondent-authority, but respondent-authority is not paying any heed to the request of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent no. 4 to consider the grievance of the petitioner. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without adverting into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with certified copy of this order raising all his grievances before the respondent no. 4 Municipal Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Saharanpur, U.P. within a period of one month from today.
