Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has joined in the State of Uttar Pradesh on 31.08.2024; he is being denied seniority, to which, he is entitled to; he has given multiple representations, but they have not been decided as yet; one of the representations is Annexure No.6 to the writ petition.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that what the petitioner seeks is that his representation may be decided within stipulated time. Learned State Counsel submits that a decision would be taken on the representation of the petitioner, which is Annexure No.6 to the writ petition, within a period of four weeks. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned State Counsel. The petition is disposed of with the direction to the respondent authority that the representation of the petitioner, which is Annexure No.6 to the writ petition, shall be decided within a period of four weeks from today.
