Ms. Monika Kohli, learned Sr. AAG is not averse to the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 3. Accordingly, both these petitions are disposed of by directing the official respondents to ensure that the elections for the office of Lumberdar for village Kurhed are conducted within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 4.
