The transfer being sought for only to the Sub Court, Ulundurpet, the presence of the respondent/husband would also not be necessary for all hearings. 4. Considering the above, I am inclined to accept the request for transfer. Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in HMOP.No.67 of 2024 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Principal Subordinate Court, Mayiladuthurai, and transferred to the file of the Sub-Court, Ulundurpet. No costs.
