Learned counsel for respondent no.3/Commission contends that representation has been received by them in this regard, and the Commission is in the process of considering the same. 3. In view thereof, the petition is disposed of with the direction to Secretary of the Commission to treat the present petition as a representation on behalf of the petitioner and decide the same by passing a reasoned order at least a week prior to holding of the interviews.
