The petitioner is a complainant, he made a complaint against the sitting pradhan/respondent no. 2 namely Smt. Jahantara. Pursuant to the aforesaid the proceedings were initiated by the District Magistrate, Deoria/respondent no. 2 and thereafter a show cause notice dated 01.05.2025 was issued to the respondent no. 7 seeking her explanation. 2. It is argued that though considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter, hence the present petition filed by the petitioner. 3. On the other hand it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of State-respondents that the decision will be taken by the respondent no. 2, expeditiously. 4. Heard counsel for the parties and perused the record. 5. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the present petition is disposed of finally directing the District Magistrate, Deoria to conclude the proceedings initiated against the respondent no. 7 most expeditiously and preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of presentation of copy of this order unless there is no other legal impediment.
