Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. This application under Section - 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as 'BNSS') has been filed for quashing of the entire proceedings of Session Trial No. 795 of 2022 (State Vs. Prasant and Others), arising out of Case Crime No. 139 of 2018, under Sections - 411, 413, 414 I.P.C., Police Station - Sahayal, District - Auraiya, pending in the court of Additional District and Session Judge / F.T.C.-2nd, Auraiya. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the prayer made above is not being pressed and that applicant would appear before the court concerned and a direction may be made to the court concerned to decide the application of applicant for cancellation of warrants / bail application expeditiously in accordance with law and protection may be granted to the applicant till then. 4. In view of the aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicant appears / surrenders before the court concerned within a period of two weeks from today and applies for bail / cancellation of non-bailable warrant, his application shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Mukesh Kumar Pandey, Praveen Kumar Sharma Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
