In respect of the claim of the petitioners for enhancing the age of superannuation of members of the Judicial Services in State of Punjab from 60 to 61, in line with the decision of State of Telangana, it is submitted by learned counsel for the High Court that the representation of the petitioners (Annexure P-5) has been placed before the Rule Committee in July, 2025 and the decision of the said Committee is still awaited. 3.
