Pahsyntiew, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Issue notice. 3. Ms. S.K.H. Nongrum, learned counsel is present and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents Nos. 1 & 2. Mr. A.S. Pandey, learned counsel is present on behalf of the respondents Nos. 3 to 7, so no further notice is called for. 4. The writ petitioner is before this Court being aggrieved with the non-grant of fresh electricity connection to her premises situated at Umbang Sumer Ri-Bhoi District. It has been submitted that in spite of a representation dated 15.11.2024, which is annexed as 2025:MLHC:590 Annexure-8 to the writ petition, the respondents have not given any consideration to the same, and as such the petitioner’s concern is without electricity since 26.07.2002. 5. Mr. R. Pahsyntiew, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage it would suffice if the respondents Nos. 3 to 7, are directed to dispose of the representation, within a time frame. 6. Mr. A.S. Pandey, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents Nos. 3 to 7, at the outset has submitted that the representation which has been preferred by the writ petitioner shall be taken up for consideration. He prays that he may be allowed 6(six) weeks’ time to consider and dispose of the same. 7. In consideration of the submissions made by the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the representation dated 15.11.2024, which is annexed as Annexure-8 to the writ petition be looked into by the respondents and the same be disposed within a period of 6(six) weeks, from the date of this order. 8.
