The instant writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs: "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the entire proceeding u/s 67 of U.P. Revenue Code, (repest Lekhpal Vs. Achhaivar) pending before the Tehsildar, Tehsil-Saidpur, District Ghazipur as well as notice dated 01.12.2020 U/s 67 of U.P. Revenue Code. II. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 not to evict the petitioner over the land in dispute i.e. gata no. 897 area 0.220 hectare situated at Gram Sabha Sonhwali, Pargana and Tehsil Saidpur, District Ghazipur." 3. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has challenged the entire proceedings initiated against the petitioner under Section 67 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 4. It has been submitted by counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed his objections to the notice issued to the petitioner on 01.12.2020 and the same is pending. 5. Since the petitioner has already filed objections, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No. 4- Tehsildar, Tehsil- Saidpur, District- Ghazipur to conclude the proceedings after considering and recording findings on the objections raised by the petitioner.
