CRIMINAL PETITION NO: 2416/2025 ORDER:
The instant Criminal Petition, under Section 480 & 483 of B.N.S.S., 2023 (u/s.438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) has been filed by the Petitioner/Accused, seeking to release the Petitioner on bail in connection with Crime No. 236 of 2024 dated 27.11.2024 of II Town P.S., Chittoor for the offence punishable under Sections 131, 115(2), 109(1) of BNS.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri L. Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they intend to withdraw the petition.
3. Sri Neelothpal Ganji, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State is in attendance.
4. Recording the same, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
