The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "direct the learned Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) Court/ Room No. 12, Allahabad to decide the case bearing application 6C Under Order 39 Rule 1, 2 read with section 151 C.P.C. arising out of O.S. No. 1593 of 2023 (Smt. Kalawati Devi Vs. Manoj Kumar Pandey) pending before Additional Civil Judge (J.D.) Court/ Room No. 12, Allahabad, expeditiously within a stipulated period." 2. From the perusal of this petition it is apparent that an application for interim injunction (6C Application) is pending since 2023 and the same has not been decided despite several dates have been fixed. He prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 3. In view of above, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the Additional Civil Judge (J.D.)
