(Oral): Careful perusal of reply filed on behalf of respondent-State suggests that work-charge status has been granted to the petitioner. Learned counsel representing the respondents fairly states that order with regard to pay fixation shall be issued expeditiously. 2. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same is disposed of, with the direction to respondents to ensure that order of pay fixation, if not already issued, is issued expeditiously, preferably, within a period of four weeks, failing which petitioner would be at liberty to get the present petition revived so that appropriate action in accordance with law is taken towards the implementation of the order/judgment.
