The petitioner has preferred present writ petition inter-alia with the prayer to direct the Presiding Officer, Central Government Industrial Tribunal-cum- Labour Court, Kanpur to decide the I.D. No.117 of 2018 (Nazeer Uddin Vs. A.S.I.) expeditiously. 3. It is argued by counsel for the petitioner that though a considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no final decision has been taken in the matter. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of directing the Presiding Officer, Central Government Industrial Tribunal- cum-Labour Court, Kanpur to decide the aforesaid case strictly in accordance with law most expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months but without granting unnecessary adjournment unless there is no legal impediment.
