Heard Sri Kalla Tulasi Durgamba, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the aggrieved by the inaction of the police in not concluding the investigation and in not filing charge sheet with regard to Crime No.136 of 2016, dated 09.07.2016 under Section 3(i)(X) of SC & ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act on the file of Alipiri Police Station, Tirupati Urban, till date, petitioner filed the present writ petition. Learned counsel would further submit that a direction may be given to the respondent-police to conclude the investigation. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. 5. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Police to conclude the investigation and file a report according to law as expeditiously as possible within a period of one (01) month from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, if not already finalized the investigation as on this date. There shall be no order as to costs.
